While we are always prepared to commence litigation when necessary, our first priority is to advocate for a fair negotiation. This is usually the most efficient, cost-effective way to resolve a legal dispute, and the least stressful for our client. The vast majority of our cases are resolved through negotiated settlements. Litigation is generally only resorted to when a reasonable settlement cannot be reached.
