Robert Yeager, Lawyer
Robert Yeager is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia, and the Vancouver Bar Association.
He graduated from the University of British Columbia with an honours degree in history and graduated from the University of Western Ontario with his law degree. He articled and worked at two large law firms in Vancouver before he established his own practice focussed on employment law in 1996.
He has taken employment law cases to the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Court of Appeal of British Columbia, and he has appeared before various employment-related tribunals, as well as the Federal Court of Canada, and is a trained mediator who has successfully concluded cases in mediation.
He is a long-time resident of the North Shore, an avid skier, gym member and championship race car driver. Robert won the 2011 FIA-CACC GTM road-racing championship and was awarded the 2011 FIA-CACC Race Driver’s Performance Award “driver of the year”. In the process, he set 2011 track lap records at Portland and Mission. He tries to golf.
Julianne Yeager, Lawyer
Julianne Yeager is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
Julianne graduated from the University of British Columbia with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and graduated with Distinction from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice in Oxford, England. Julianne has appeared as counsel before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia.
She enjoys traveling and visiting museums and art galleries. In her free time, she skis and spends time at the beach.
Brendan Harvey, Lawyer
Brendan Harvey is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association.
Brendan graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Political Science in 2009, before going on to receive his Juris Doctor law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2013. Before being called to the bar, he articled in Winnipeg at a provincial crown corporation and handled cases at all levels of court in Manitoba.
When he is not at work, Brendan likes to spend his time hiking, reading all types of books, listening to live music, and traveling to interesting places.
Daniel Draht, Lawyer
Daniel holds two degrees from the University of British Columbia. The first is an honours degree from his undergraduate studies in accounting and the second is a Juris Doctor. After graduating from law school, he articled at a large downtown firm before joining Yeager Employment Law.
Daniel has appeared as counsel before the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
When he is not working Daniel enjoys playing team sports, spending time outdoors, and traveling. He also spends a large amount of his spare time working towards a Master of Arts degree.
Stephanie Korour, Articled Student
Stephanie Korour is in the process of qualifying to become a lawyer in British Columbia.
Stephanie holds a BA in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and LLB with Honours from Buckingham University in England. While attending law school, she was a competitive mooter and participated in the National Negotiation Competition. She was an active member of the Law Society as Vice-President and Vice-President of Amnesty International within her school. She is fluent in English, French, and Farsi with basic Spanish.
Stephanie was born on the North Shore, Vancouver and has lived in Calgary and England. She is well traveled, enjoys volunteer work, and is involved in local athletic activities like the Sun Run, Run for the Cure, weight training, yoga, and hiking. Stephanie is a member of the Board of Directors for the Grandview-Woodland Community Policing Centre, and a tribunal member of the Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal of British Columbia.
Sandi Johnston, Office Administrator
Sandi is an important member of the Yeager Employment Law family, providing administrative support to the organization. She is also the friendly person our clients usually speak with first when they call or visit us.
Sandi is a long time North Shore resident and is a graduate of British Columbia Institute of Technology. Sandi brings varied administrative experience and organizational skills from the fields of software development and executive search.
